Really great people here. Tanning is great and clean. They have a flat bed, standing and curved beds. The stylist are so talented! ❤️

Elizabeth took great care of our 3 kiddos haircuts. She helped with suggestions for my daughters hair. She quickly cut my son's hair who is somewhat bothered by haircuts. They all looked good. Also, the receptionist was helpful and friendly.

I went to the salon on February 22nd. I explained that I was very nervous to get my hair done as I hadn’t had it done in 15+ years. I showed Chloe what I had in mind and we talked and agreed it was doable, I specifically asked her to make it as symmetrical as possible because I wear my hot up a lot and I don’t want random white streaks, she agreed to that as well. I told her wanted it to be WHITE. She never told me that it wouldn’t be able to process to white and I would have understood if she had but she said no problem! She did a test strand and it was white. I also asked for white money pieces and she asked where my part was so I showed her and then she parted my hair directly in the middle because “this is easier”. I assumed it would look fine because they were supposed to be kind of chunky pieces and I could mess with it later, I also just trusted what she was doing as a professional. They weren’t chunky. My hair looked fine aside from the yellow when I left after I sat for 45 minutes waiting to be styled while she took another client. I left, I washed my hair at some point and tried to style it myself and found that not only could I not style my hair in a way that I’d money pieces on both sides of my head with the way that I part my hair, but when I put my hair up, the left side of my hair had zero color so I just had a stripe down the middle and the right side of my head (which I specifically asked not to do that). I called the salon and they agreed to “fix it” I went in a I told the lady (a different lady, I can’t remember her name) how Chloe did it so that it was blended and not a blunt line between the colors. I finished up and had to leave don’t a family emergency so I just threw my hair up and looked it later that night. It’s literally the harshest line between yellow and red, I have ever seen. I will pay the money to have it fixed elsewhere after it has settled as to not ruin my hair. Terrible experience after 15 years. 10/10 do NOT recommend. First- is the right side of my head after washing and putting up with color, Second- is the left side with no color, Third- is the left side after I had gone back to make the sides even, with the very blunt line.

I only put one star because I had to in order to write a review! Tuesday I came in and asked for bangs, layers and my hair to be framed around my face I was scheduled with a woman named Chloe (who i found out today only has two yrs experience). First off my hair is wavy and was dry when she cut it but looked pretty OK for the most part so I paid her and I go home. It is now Thursday and I had called the salon back because I had straightened my hair and noticed my bangs were really uneven and she chopped the left side of my hair really far back and instead of framing my face it was a super blunt cut. So I proceed to go back in today against my better judgement to have her fix it and after having to wait for about 35 mins she gets to me. I sit down in the chair and she looks at my hair and starts to cut and straight cuts a big chunk out of my bangs and I say woah woah I'm about to cry ( mind you it's taken me over 6 yrs to grow my hair due to health problems and vitamin deficiencies) and she asks me why are you about to cry? I said you just chopped my bangs and it's taken me so long to grow it out and she says well I think it looks fine so she asks her colleague to come over and look at my hair almost trying to get her to agree with her like I don't see my hair in the mirror right in front of me her colleague agreed with me it was terrible! So then Chloe (the stylist who destroyed my hair) mocked me by asking her colleague "well do you just wanna fix it because we wouldnt want her to cry!! " needless to say I was pissed after that like absolute no compassion for the fact that she hacked my hair and seemed pissed at me for wanting what I paid for needless to say it could not be fixed her colleague did what she could to try and help but that damage was too bad and she repeatedly apologized to me about it and it wasnt even her mistake!!! It will have to grow out ...This was absolutely 100% a terrible experience for me I was hesitant to get my hair cut in the first place and even explained this to Chole about why it's been hard to grow and absolutely no remorse for what she did I literally bawled my eyes out for over an hr you know cause Chloe wouldnt have wanted me to cry at the salon! To her colleague I appreciate your kindness and understanding but regardless of her kindness none of them offered me a refund for this hack job so with that beins said I will NOT be coming back here and to anyone else looking for a salon or for hair care Chloe at this establishment would be the last person to count on for anything. Don't mind the photos my eyes are still red and swollen from crying.
